Nakupenda Sandbank, also known as "I Love You" Sandbank, is a small island located just off the coast of Zanzibar, Tanzania. The island is known for its clear turquoise waters and white sandy beaches, which make it a popular spot for swimming, sunbathing, and snorkelling. In the day, grills are set up and fresh sea food served right on the sandbank.

Prison Island was originally used as a quarantine station for ships arriving in Zanzibar in the 19th century. Later it was used as a prison, but it never actually held any prisoners. It was also used as a detention center for slaves before they were transported to other destinations. The island is home to a conservation project that aims to protect and preserve the Aldabra giant tortoises, which were brought to the island in the late 19th century.
